  • No, CBD does not make you high. Our CBD is derived from hemp plants, not marijuana plants.
  • CBD is legal, with some conditions listed below. 
  • The 2018 Farm Bill “Legalized the production and sale of hemp and its extracts… it cannot contain more than 0.3 THC” according to PBS.
  • “If CBD comes from the hemp plant with less than 0.3 percent THC, you can buy it under federal law” according to PBS.
  • These sources reveal that CBD is, in fact, legal on a federal level, as long as it has less than 0.3% of THC in the product. Our products comply with these laws, making them legal on a federal level.
